Improving Digital Asset Data Delivery in Capital Projects
October 12, 2022 @12pm Eastern
In this session, Scott will explore the concept of Data Interoperability in relation to Architectural and Engineering projects and Asset Management. Optimal Asset Management begins in design and construction and there are very simple methodologies that can be employed to ensure that owners are set up for success when they are handed the keys to their new facilities. This session will show real-world examples on how Data Interoperability practices and solutions can be introduced into design and construction projects to ensure a smooth hand-off of digital asset related data throughout a project. This is a non-technical session that covers the objectives, processes and supporting technologies for Data Interoperability that can help people in all roles better understand the value and the means for delivering better digital asset data on their projects.
